Ski Bike Row

Using the assault bike, the rowing machine and the ski erg along with a combination of bodyweight exercises this is our high intensity circuit class utilizing the HIIT focused training kit in the gym. This is done upstairs at the back of the cardio floor outside the Spin Studio. Please take a yoga mat from the studio or bring your own. Difficulty is suitable for all levels.

Strength training class for all fitness levels which uses Kettlebells, Barbells & Dumbbells to maximise calorie burn and muscle toning

Barbell Hustle

Transform your body with continuous tension and high rep training. Use the barbell as resistance to strengthen, tone, and burn calories
