The Yard

Exclusive to énergie Fitness, the Yard is a seriously cool training space. Our fitness playground is equipped with a range of versatile kit, such as punch bags, TRX, and slam balls. Our Yard classes combine high intensity interval training and functional equipment for an extra tough 30-minute workout, which enables you to incorporate all the muscles in your body and burn the maximum amount of calories, whilst pushing your heart rate further than normal.

MyZone

Used in several of our classes, the world-class Myzone fitness belts are popular with all our members who want to track their workout in real-time, and power their training with data. The MyZone fitness belt is triggered by your heart rate to track your workouts. Once you’ve finished at the gym, simply open the Myzone app and watch your workout data upload automatically via Bluetooth. You’ll be able to see exactly how many calories you’ve burned and how many Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) you’ve achieved.

Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout which includes skipping, boxing drills and abdominal workouts to improve fitness and toning

Bars & Bells

Strength training class for all fitness levels which uses Kettlebells, Barbells & Dumbbells to maximise calorie burn and muscle toning

Cycle

Sweat it out to a high-energy soundtrack while focusing on endurance, strength, and interval intensity for the ultimate cardio experience

Cycle & Tone

A high intensity 50/50 split of cardio on the bike and toning exercises on the mat. The instructor will help you maximise your cycling time whilst guiding you through a series of strength-based movements off the bike.

Step & Tone

An easy to follow cardio and toning workout using a step with body conditioning exercises to burn calories, strengthen and tone the entire body.

Team WOD

We’ve designed team workouts as working out with someone else is always better. Have fun, get sweaty and share the work with your teammates.

HIIT

Kettlebells
