Method
1. Add oats to a food processor and blitz until fine.
2. Add the dates, cacao powder, protein powder, and almond butter.
3. Blend until a sticky dough forms. If needed, add a splash of water to help it combine.
4. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
